“Our community, our state, and our nation are in the midst of an unprecedented crisis, made worse by mismanagement and misinformation out of Washington,” said Buchwald. “But here in New York, our healthcare professionals, first responders, teachers, and so many others on the front lines are proving that we are stronger than any pandemic.”
“Even after this crisis, there is going to be a hard road to recovery ahead, and I am running for Congress because I have a record of results, and the experience of making government work by building coalitions to achieve our common goals. We need to keep sight of what’s important now -- standing together and supporting one another -- but we also need to plan for what comes next. It’s time for experienced leadership that delivers.”

I’m David Buchwald. I’m running for Congress. And I approve this message, because we’re all in this together.
